Job Vacancy 5 Positions IT Amman Mineral

SENIOR SPECIALIST IT SUPPORT

(National - Jakarta Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • To provide dedicated operational support for broad range of IT users including VVIP within certain location such as Jakarta office.
  • To extend the support via remotely and/or beyond normal office hour and/or outside office location when required.
  • As extension from the specialized IT group on site, provide operation and project support to network infrastructure, CCTV, Data Center, etc. relevant to the supported location (e.g. Jakarta Office). Liaise with Service Desk and the respective team.
  • Comply with all company Policies, Standard and Procedures
  • Fulfill service request, resolve incident and problem from the IT users in the supported location (office building and/or company-supported resident).
  • Manage and responsible for the corporate endpoint device relevant to the supported location (laptop, desktop, monitor, feature phone, smart device, printer, desk phone). It covers from the process of asset inventory, storage, provisioning, assignment, withdrawal, and disposal.
  • Perform software asset management in the supported operating system (Microsoft Windows Operating System, MacOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android) which include OS imaging, enrollment, software installation, license assignment, and support.
  • Provide support for event or meeting with the related conferencing system (projector, wireless presentation, sound, lighting) on the meeting room or other requested location
  • The support extends the service to administer and support backend services such as (but not limited to) RADIUS user management, Wireless Access Points, Network, Wiring, CCTV System, and non-IT service such as Physical Access Security and Indoor Lighting System
  • Liaise with Service Desk and relevant specialized IT support group on-site.
  • Escalate request, incident, or problem to the relevant third-party support through the appropriate channel agreed.
  • To coordinate with third party support for incident/problem/request escalation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Computer-related major
  • Ten (10) years of experience in supporting end-user computing device and software. Experience in mass OS imaging with supported software; Exposure to Endpoint Management system to manage device and software; Prefer for broad exposure to other IT domain such as system administration for network appliance, CCTV, and Server.
  • Exposure to support senior management or VVIP user.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Client OS, iOS/iPadOS, Android and MacOS. Decent understanding of common service within end user environment such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory,  GPO, Web Filtering, Antimalware.
  • Leads with integrity and respect; Excellent analytical, technical skills and auditing techniques (i.e. Operations, Investigation, IT internal control); Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and to engage in a collaborative, results-oriented team environment; Exceptional ability to work on and manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively; Has initiative, planning and organising skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, client focus; communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and interviewing skills; Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.

SERVICE DESK ANALYST

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible as the first point of contact for customer support of IT issues for all internal and Banner-affiliated customers Comply with all Company’s global and Policies and Procedures. Performance in regard to IT Policies and Procedures will be specifically rated each annual performance review.
  • To Efficiently answer, troubleshoot, resolve, thoroughly document and accurately triage incoming calls, web portal interactions and e-mails to the Service Desk
  • Provide answer to questions and solve problems at the 1st point of contact whenever possible.  Escalate to the next level of support when necessary.
  • Provide all help desk functions, determine priority of support requests, and assign problems to the appropriate Information Services staff promptly.
  • Monitor unresolved problems, check progress/outcome and follow up tasks with the assigned staff.  Refer unresolved tasks to senior personnel.
  • Administer and Operate helpdesk software, “Track-IT”, to maintain a log of all help calls, assigning requests to support staff, sending ticket numbers and status to users, and recording results.
  • Record details of all inquiries and requests, and maintain log of hardware and software, network request and laptop pool requests.
  • Provide on-the-job training for less experience personnel to maintain new or revised systems.
  • Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Tertiary degree (diploma degree). Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information System or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Service desk Analyst Role
  • Exposure in Helpdesk or similar customer service
  • Good knowledge of Systems, TCP/IP and Ellipse
  • Knowledge of of Windows 95/98/NT/XP, Microsoft Office 97/XP, MS Outlook 2002, E-mail and Internet is essential)
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

ENGINEER SOFTWARE & DATA

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the complete analysis, design, implementation, documentation, training, and ongoing support of multiple departmental software applications, including replacements to existing applications, as well as new applications. These applications may include custom designed and developed applications.
  • To develop and maintain custom application development and data reporting including post go-live support such as bug fixing and new enhancement
  • To provide support in implementation, customization and/or maintenance of commercial software which involve custom development such as scripting or workflow
  • To coordinate small team of 3rd party providers to carry application development activity
  • Application Engineer
  • Responsible for analyzing requirement, designing, developing and implementing custom application adopting best practice of software engineering methodology and lifecycle
  • Responsible for code quality to ensure code readability, maintainability and extensibility by performing related techniques such as reviewing code and relevant metric
  • Provide support related to custom application (Enhancement, Bug Fix, Deployment)
  • Data Engineer
  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data source
  • Build analytics schema to provide actionable insight into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics
  • Develop transactional report as well as analytical report deployed into standard dashboard for wide variety of users along with their mobility requirement
  • Application Support
  • Manage and track work order resolution and report progress in regular basis
  • Conduct Regression Test for overall system availability (After Preventive Maintenance, Problem Resolution, etc)
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Software Support for issue escalation

  • What skills and experience do you need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information technology, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience as software engineer and 3 years’ Programming experience;
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-wide custom software development following a baselined requirement, design and set of quality processes:
  • Software engineer specialized in Microsoft development stacks (C#, WCF, ASP.NET MVC) and Low Code Solution (Power Platform / Power Apps, Power Automate and Sharepoint);
  • Strong knowledge in data structure and as Data Engineer specialized in Microsoft technology (SQL Server Integration Service, Reporting Service, Analytical Service, Power BI Service/Report Server)
  • Exposure to modern web technology (HTML5, jQuery framework, 3rd party UI component such as Telerik KendoUI)
  • Exposure to smart device development model (iPhone, Android, Windows 10 IoT, Apache Cordova, Xamarin, etc.) is plus
  • Exposure to code reviewer and software tester roles
  • Have experience in Data Engineer specialized in Microsoft technology (SQL Server Integration Service, Reporting Service, Analytical Service, Power BI Service/Report Server) is a Plus;
  • Strong knowledge of Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK): Certification in at least one of the following would be an advantage: MCP, MCSE;
  • Understanding of software development certification such as CMMI; Understanding of software architecture and design modelling

SAP FUNCTIONAL PLANT MAINTENANCE

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible for collaborating with ERP team to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our IT systems, and deploying and implementing suitable ERP solutions.
  • To resolve integration issues and translate into streamlined business processes and highly efficient human resources management.
  • Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.
  • Analyze existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
  • Write customized programs and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
  • Develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
  • Install ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
  • Provide technical support and training ERP end-users.
